Did you over indulge?
I’ve got a confession to make. I ate like a fat kid this entire Xmas season.
I really went hard on the sweets. Especially my wife’s peanut butter cookies 🍪
What do you stuff your face with?
PS - Carnivore challenge starting Thursday will shed the added fluff.
