Ultra Endurance
For the last period I've been playing around with the kettlebell sports lifts at the beginning of my training. Today was Double Jerk and I am building up to a 10 minute set.
Trying to build Kettlebell Snatch, with one hand switch up as well, and same goes for the Long Cycle (Double Clean & Jerk).
