Today, you have choices to make and problems to solve. The easy part is realizing that these decisions are inevitable. What matters is how well you keep the main thing the main thing. Focus comes from understanding. Understanding that the task in front of you is the priority. In that moment, nothing else matters. Time-block your work. Eliminate distractions. Ultra Endurance
For the last period I've been playing around with the kettlebell sports lifts at the beginning of my training. Today was Double Jerk and I am building up to a 10 minute set. Trying to build Kettlebell Snatch, with one hand switch up as well, and same goes for the Long Cycle (Double Clean & Jerk). Feel free to come with some input👊

@Megan Barb that’s exciting things you’ve got going on and an interesting combination!🥊 I train/coach combat sports too. Since I am specialized in kettlebells I use it for athletic training, it gives so much bang for your buck. Cleans have a big power output, same goes for snatches and jerks. Swings (two handed, one handed or hand to hand) are great too, because they are the base for all the swinging movements (clean and snatch). You can do the the double handed swings with a band like Phil does sometimes too
Maximal power output
Interesting stuff in many ways. Do you think that the double jerk and snatch with kettlebells will have a higher power output than the non ballistic exercises shown here too?

@Jonathan Torhjelm One of the most versatile tools you can get I would say! Maybe you have some experience with it too? I mainly do MMA and will do other martial arts depending on my weakest links
