Feeling much better, back in the gym today. Full body workout, slow but steady. 🙏

Got back from my camping trip a bit under the weather. Too much water contact. Looks like the gym is out till I can recover. What do you guys do, when under the weather and your mind tell you “ go to the gym” , but your body say’s hell no! ?🥺

Back in the Game!
Just got back home after spending 10 days camping, and kayaking. No outside contacts, no phones, no news. This was a battery recharge trip. I do it once a year. 🙏🙏🙏
