This week I’ve been focusing on celebrating my family. Multiple birthdays and getting through the madness of Disney. Took some bands to have some kind of workout in my hotel room. Lots of stretching too. Asking God to give me the strength to stay off the bake goods and ice cream. Back to my normal routine when I get home on Friday.

Today I will be celebrating one of my grandson’s birthday in Orlando , FL (Disney trip). Lots of people. God , give me the strength and wisdom to tell others what you have done for me.
