Lower body endurance + mental toughness. Stayed consistent through fatigue. No breakdown in posture.
Hybrid Training (FBA) ✔️
Full Body Aesthetics work balanced output. Strength + control + intent behind every movement.
Core Work ✔️
Stability and control. Focused on quality reps, not rushing the work.

Mental reps matter. Growth off the field fuels performance on it.

Gratitude. Alignment. Reset perspective and purpose.
