Time efficient and needle moving. In a block working on foundational qualities, with aerobic endurance being the priority
Dynamic Warm Up
6x2 min on/ 1 min off (passive)
  • Did pure nasal breathing for one of the rounds, mixture of both for the others
Cool Down: 20 minute inclined walk as a way of just getting some easy Z1 work and getting extra cardio as I am also attempting to lean out a bit
Recovery: contrast therapy - sauna and cold plunge + static Lb stretching
