The Secret to Client Retention
Making an exercise harder is easy.
Making a difficult exercise simple enough for the right athlete? Much harder.
Breaking an exercise down, finding the right progression, and meeting the athlete where they are takes much more thought than simply adding weight, speed, or complexity.
But there's another challenge I've been thinking about:
Most of my clients aren't professional athletes. They're hobby athletes.
They want to get stronger, faster and better—but they also want to have fun, feel challenged and leave the session feeling like they did something exciting.
So where's the balance?
How do you make training effective without turning every session into a science experiment?
And how do you keep it fun without sacrificing the actual goal?
Give me your take. After 5 comments, I'll share mine. 👀
