  1. Hook–Uppercut Series (Bread & Butter)
  • Left hook (short)
  • Right uppercut
  • Left hook
  • Roll under → pivot
Focus: hip snap + shoulder protection
2. Body–Head Rip
  • Left shovel hook (body)
  • Right shovel hook (body)
  • Left hook (head)
  • Step out at 45°
Focus: level change without dropping hand
3. Uppercut Clamp
  • Right uppercut
  • Left hook
  • Right hook
  • Shoulder bump → step back half-step
Focus: crowding the bag, no space
4. Smother & Work
Get too close on purpose:
  • Forearm on bag (simulate clinch)
  • Short right uppercut
  • Short left hook
  • Roll → repeat
Focus: comfort in ugly range
Conditioning Finisher (Inside Grinder)
🔥 2–3 rounds
  • 10 sec nonstop hooks
  • 10 sec nonstop uppercuts
  • 10 sec nonstop body shotsRepeat until round ends.
