🔥 DISCUSSION: What’s ONE thing you stopped doing as a trainer that actually made your players better?
If you’re here, it’s because you’re trying to level up — not just run drills.
So let’s talk real for a second…
A lot of trainers think doing more = better results.
More drills. More moves. More combos.
But in my experience…
Some of the biggest growth came from what I CUT OUT of my sessions.
For me:
I stopped overloading players with moves and started focusing on game-real reads + decision making.
Less “cone work”… more live reactions.
And the results? Way better transfer to games.
👀 So I’m curious…
What’s ONE thing you used to do as a trainer that you either:
  • Completely removed
  • Or changed your approach on
…and it actually made your players improve faster?
👇 Drop it below — could be:
  • A drill you stopped using
  • A mistake you realized
  • Something you used to overemphasize
Let’s build a thread that actually helps everyone sharpen their craft.
