What's one thing you got better at this week?

3, 6, and 12 month commitments... Going from pay-per-session and even monthly commitments to this new model around 1 year ago has done wonders for our business! Getting cash collected upfront does a few things for the business: 1. Allows you to invest more in paid ads 2. Frees up stress for payroll 3. Gives you ability to invest in more trainers, better facilities, yourself, etc. Do you collect payments pay-per-session or upfront?
