Now i want everybody to really take a second & Be honest with yourself…
Yes A lot of sessions LOOK good:
- Fancy cone drills
- Crazy combo moves
- Nonstop movement
…but how much of that actually shows up & translates in a real game?
I’ve been thinking about this heavy lately.
There’s a difference between:
Players leaving a session tired
vs
Players leaving a session actually BETTER
So here is my real question:
How do YOU make sure your workouts translate to real game situations?
Is it:
- Small-sided games?
- Constraints?
- Live reads?
- Film work?
- Something else?
Or do you feel like most trainers (be honest) are just running workouts that look good on camera?
