24V VE Pump No Start

Just got this 24v VE pump together and plumbed, having issues starting by itself, starts on gas rag and runs fine after that but won’t start on its own. Anyone have any ideas, I am running a fass pump, I’ve checked all the lines for possible leaks, and none of are found. Bled it fully while running and still no start. No smoke out of the exhaust while cranking as well. Injectors are 125hp from Dynomite Diesel Performance set at VE pop pressure
