So I have a question...
Last week I contacted a business owner on their personal account after sending them a message on their business account and not hearing anything back. In the message to the business owner I told them how much I love what they're doing, and to keep it up. It was meant as an initial message to open the door to talk about copy, but their reply caught me off-guard. They said that my comment meant the world to them and they thanked me. I'm feel stuck now because I don't want to follow that message up with some sort of sales pitch and come off as being disingenuous because I really do love what they're doing. Instead of replying, I sent an email to their customer service email with a sample and a short video of ideas. Thoughts?
