How should I price this?
I got pitched to help Dr. Rob run his email. This is the biggest account I've ever personally managed. Over 400K contacts.
I'm creating 3 tiers for a proposal and I'm curious what you guys would be charging to manage this list.
We need to clean the list, move them from constant contact to a new ESP, and building out segments (they have NONE).
They're crushing it on organic traffic and running paid ads. They've been running email but were just winging it.
So I'm basically starting from scratch on email.
