Email Copy review
Hi all, Ive managed to land my first client and I'm in the process of auditing her email list as well as writing three emails to try and reinvigorate her list which has had infrequent sends and poor engagement. Ive had a look at the keywords people search to find her business, created an ideal customer avatar and I've tried to match her tone of voice. Ive also left a quick description of the strategy before each email for the client. Planing on sending to the client for review tomorrow. The client is in mental wellness and the UK market so Ive deliberately gone for value and know like trust over sell sell sell. See doc below for the three emails. Id be keen to hear any thoughts you all might have on these, all feedback welcome. Many thanks in advance. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Dm83PlXy6S9dmWfAqQBOLKN4S9fxXUnh9Nd0XRCENjs/edit?usp=sharing

Good trial rate for CS role - 2 week duration?
Hi Had a call with a D2C supplement brand owner, anchored him at 7k USD. Said I'd be open to taking lower if base was slightly reduced and had percentage of spend / performance incentive with KPI. Judging by his reaction, I may have priced myself too low lol... He's offering to start on a trial, where should I set my sights on a trial rate for 2 weeks. Should it just be half of the 7k? I fumbled on the call a bit, not sure how to frame for performance versus actual hours. He ideally wants someone fulltime, but considering part time alternative. He's going to present an offer of a couple different options. Full time, part time, base with %, and maybe some others. What KPIs should we also align on, cause so far i've only been a CS full time and was getting squeezed so hard. In-house, was just sheer volume. literally as much as you could do. And agency was deliverables per account. I was working 10-12 hours a day, 6 days a week, for 2 and a half years, without any time off. Hence me taking the last few months off to waste away. Some days I started at 8am and wouldn't leave the office until 10pm. Advice on better work life management would be great too! I want to live and die by results. I made it clear that I'd be aiming to handle 3 or so clients, without risk of dilution to output quality for them. Atleast broke out of the frame of being an employee. What base and percentage of spend should I be aiming for? Any other feedback welcome thanks.

@Nabeel Azeez hey nabeel, i really appreciate the thorough response. all great points that have helped me think through it. fair point on FOMO too. not gonna get too hung up on it. im surprised the output is still based on deliverables because with ad spend i assumed it would be in the CS's interest to make more assets in the name of over delivery, and getting more spend through the door. but that also leaves you open to spreading yourself too thin. good to know deliverable count is a good variable to work with. on the point of spend, is there a threshold we have to agree on, like we only qualify spend of assets that are within a ROAS target? or is there a better way, cause good ads aren't always the lowest ROAS if they have low frequency, low cpm, good reach and are bringing people in TOF. the agency i worked for was effectively charging $400 per concept. 8 concepts for video and 8 concepts for static for 6.5k. would it be simpler for me to have a price per concept and a % i'm aiming for? i've seen some roles offering 5 to 10% as well. another interesting point is that this is a new channel for them, but they're making most of their money on Amazon using 100 TikTok accounts pumping out AI videos. good point on opportunity cost. the client understood when i explained that im also an entrepreneur trying to make money, so there was no issue with me working with others. great final points too. when the conversation comes up again i'll definitely mention that to him about body in a chair, or just pure output. my next goal is reducing brief creation time because i can be a perfectionist and overdo it. that slowed me down in the last role.

@Nabeel Azeez Hi Nabeel Thanks for support on this Read a few days ago, just wanted to reply when not in middle of things Simple calculation point understood. I have plenty of hiring experience, and have a graphic designer i have a good relationship with, most video editors are hit or miss but there was mention of me even hiring them for him. Would it be worthwhile for me to have guys i trust that i pm / sub contract to, so that i can justify higher LTV. cause i feel like there is so much PM functions, that are unbilled cause its just nature of the role. But could treat it as a benefit of hiring me specifically. similar to how hormozi says we're moving to a 'bring your own software' employment economy. Obviously i'd work out margins on what the guys I'm working with get, otherwise no point employing subcontract, cause otherwise i lose access to them too because they're full time hours with whoever i refer them to. Great, wont mention internal cost. Should I have a few packages predetermined? I'm planning to improve my website with all portfolios, include projects, case studies, assets, and some other things. So that its easier to contract me. Project I'm working on atm. thanks for insight on brand economics from cs pov, will 100% keep that mind. For this client, i 100% won't be getting much % of spend at the start if the channel isn't even spending. god knows if the ad account won't get flamed for whatever reason cuckerberg comes up with. anyway ill be hopeful ahah. could you give insight on what i'd be charging for the premium? should this be on going rate, or framed as a 'set-up' fee, especially when im bringing all the SOPs and being human resources to hire for them. guidance there would be appreciated thanks
