When did “figuring it out” become your default setting?
When did you decide you had to carry it all… solve it all…and not ask for help? At some point, “I’ll figure it out” stopped being resourceful… It started keeping you stuck. Figuring it out alone usually looks like: • overthinking • second-guessing • starting and stopping Not actual movement. — Where are you still trying to figure it out instead of getting support? 👇🏾

When did “figuring it out” become your default setting?
You don’t get praised for resting.
You get praised for pushing through. For being the one who “handles it.” For showing up no matter how tired you are. For doing it all… even when you’re running on empty. And no one means harm by it. Your family, your friends, your boss…they’re recognizing your strength. But somewhere along the way…that recognition turns into identity. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐬 𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐧𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐬𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐰𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝.𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐦. But here’s the truth most women need to hear: You don’t have to keep proving your strength by pushing past your limits. This week… I’m not asking you to stop growing. I’m not asking you to stop building. I’m not asking you to stop taking one “close the loop” action at a time. But I do want you to notice this: 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐚 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐮𝐩…𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩. That second one isn’t discipline. It’s a pattern that’s been wired into you. And once you see it…you get to start doing it differently. Give yourself grace this week. Not because you’re falling behind…but because you’re learning how to show up without running yourself into the ground. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐩𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐥𝐬𝐞? 💜

Stop 🛑 building a community no one understands.
If someone lands on your community today and asks… • Who is this for? • What problem does this solve? • Why should I join instead of just following you? Would your description answer that in 5 seconds? Clarity is everything. If you’re vague, you attract vague members. If you’re specific, you attract aligned people. The strongest communities are crystal clear on:l 1. Who they help 2. What they stand for 3. The result members can expect 👇 In the comments drop • Who your community is specifically for • What transformation or outcome you help them achieve • Why someone should join instead of just watching from the sidelines • Your community link I’ll go through and give feedback where I can. Let’s sharpen your positioning, so your community converts with aligned members!

Does this Sound Familiar
Something I’ve been noticing lately, both for myself and others, is how easy it is to feel stuck before even starting. Not because we are not capable, but because there are too many directions and it becomes overwhelming. What I have found is that when things feel confusing, it helps to come back to one simple question. What is one thing I can focus on today? Not everything. Just one thing. For me, that might be watching one training, writing a few lines, or just taking the time to understand one idea a little better. It may not feel like much at the time, but I am finding that those small steps start to bring clarity. Question: What is one small thing you could focus on today without overthinking it?
