The biggest mistake I see people make when they're starting out is thinking their first video has to be perfect. Here's what I learned the hard way: your audience cares way more about consistency and authenticity than production quality. Start messy if you have to. That imperfection is actually what makes people trust you, because they can tell you're real. The second thing is understanding that building an audience is a relationship, not a transaction. Every single comment, every question someone asks, that's your chance to show up differently than the algorithm expects. Answer like you're talking to a friend. Give value with no expectation of anything back. The sales will come naturally when people already know and trust you.
