A Little Light Reset for Your System
After a full holiday weekend… your body might still be carrying more than you realize. The noise. The movement. The people. Even the good moments can leave your system a little… overstimulated. This is where scent gently steps in. Sunshine & Joy Diffuser Blend: • 2 drops Sweet Orange • 2 drops Lime • 3 drops Lavender • 1 drop Peppermint This blend does something wonderful for your nervous system: 🍊 Sweet Orange + Lime Bright, citrus notes that help shift emotional heaviness and bring a sense of lightness back in 💜 Lavender Communicates safety to the body… helping your system soften without effort 🌿 Peppermint Adds a gentle clarity… like opening a window in your mind Together, this blend helps your body move out of “go mode” and into a place where you can actually think, breathe, and begin again. No forcing. No overthinking. Just a quiet signal to your system: You’re okay now. Diffuse this and let it fill the room while you enjoy your day. ✨ Notice what shifts… not just in your mood, but in your body. — Which part of your body still feels like the weekend didn’t end!

Quick question for any coaches...💛
How are you creating the tools or materials you use with your clients each week? I’ve been speaking with a lot of coaches who are building their sessions as they go, and it can take a lot of time to plan questions, exercises, and structure for each call. I’m a psychologist and I host a friendly community of coaches where we share ready-to-use coaching resources and simple frameworks you can use with clients right away. It’s a mix of workbooks, tools, and session guides that you can drop into your own programs. If having a bank of client resources would make your week easier, you’re welcome to come take a look. Last Night My Mind Wouldn’t Stop…What Finally Happened
Last night, I was tired. Not just “time for bed” tired… the kind where your body is done, but your mind says “Not Me!” I laid down… and there it was. Running. Replaying. Trying to solve tomorrow before it even got here. And I could feel it—that quiet frustration creeping in. So I didn’t fight it. I reached for my Ho Wood body butter. Ta-Da! Smeared some in my palms. Rubbed it on my shoulders and my feet. And something shifted.🌸 Not dramatic. Not forced. Just a quiet calm. Covering like a soft blanket. My system finally realized it didn’t need to stay on guard. Peace…🌿 So, What is Ho Wood? Ho Wood essential oil comes from the wood of the Cinnamomum camphora tree, typically sourced from China and Japan, and gently steam distilled. It’s naturally high in linalool—the same calming compound found in lavender, but even softer… smoother. That’s why it works so well when your thoughts won’t stop talking. It doesn’t overpower your system. It helps it settle down. It smells soft, woody and lightly floral. Like a quieter version of lavender… without any edge. When your mind won’t stop— Sometimes the goal is not to stop the thoughts… It’s to give your body a signal powerful enough that the thoughts don’t need to keep going. I didn’t “fix” my thoughts last night. I just gave my body a different signal… and my mind followed. What happens when you stop trying to quiet your thoughts… and let your system do it for you?

@Miri Campbell right?! It really does. Especially since Lavender is known for being so gentle and sweet.(35% linolool) Lavender is actually a powerhouse. Ho wood on the other hand is 90% linolool. Way softer.

Hi everyone, I'm Miri 👋
Hi everyone 👋 I’m Miri, I’m a psychologist in the UK 🇬🇧 and I build coaching tools and resources that coaches can use in their own programs and offers. I run a space called the Coaching Resource Room. It’s full of coaches chatting about all things coaching, sharing what they’re working on, and using practical tools to help them build their offers. A lot of what I create comes from those conversations, so I’m always interested in what coaches are building and where they need support. Looking forward to getting to know you all and seeing what you’re working on 🙂
