General adult topical guideline: • 1% dilution = 1 drop EO per 1 tsp carrier oil (daily use) • 2% dilution = 2 drops per tsp (short-term support) Undiluted oils can cause: – skin sensitization – burning – long-term reactivity And once sensitized, your body may reject that oil forever. ( You don’t want that!) Dilution isn’t weakness. It’s wisdom. Your nervous system responds to scent just fine without flooding the skin.

And look at my flower 🌺 blooms. Nice surprise. I have plant 🌱 lights i use during this season to keep as many spice as possible! Now I need your help.
