Welcome to Color Me Strong — Healing in Color
Hi, I’m Sabine Victoria Warthland, the voice and heart behind Color Me Strong. I’m an artist, author, and creator of tools that blend journaling, color, and reflection to help us heal, grow, and rediscover our strength. My book invites you to answer questions that bring clarity, courage, and calm into your daily life, and this community is the living, breathing version of that journey. Here you’ll find: 👉 Daily Prompts to guide your journaling and art reflections 👉 Weekly Circles where we breathe, write, and share in real time 👉 Monthly Challenges to reset and build healthy habits 👉 Resources & Printables that support your practice beyond the book 👉 A safe space to share wins, ask questions, and rise together Now, your turn: Tell us a little about yourself in your first post: - What brought you here today? - If your current mood was a color, which one would it be, and why? - What do you hope to gain from journaling in color with us? This is your space. Your story matters. Your voice matters. And we’re so glad you’re here.

Day 1
Here we are going to do short journaling combined with tiny doodles... Having to use both language and visual circuits helps lowering rumination and build emotional regulation over time. Consistency beats intensity. DAY 1 PROMPT Name one feeling right now. What color matches it? Why?
Wins Wall — Celebrate Together
This is our weekly space to pause, notice, and celebrate the small steps that matter. A “win” can be anything: Showing up to journal Taking one deep breath before reacting Drawing a single color line Or finding a moment of calm. Every Friday, share one small win in the comments. Add a color dot, an emoji, or a photo if you’d like. Your win might inspire someone else who needs it today. Remember: no win is too small. Progress is progress. 💛
