Day 1 - Name your Weather
Challenge: We’re naming the weather today ☁️→🌤️. Timer: Set 5–10 minutes. Prompt: a. Choose a color that matches your mood. b. Do 3 rounds of this Breathing exercise: Calming Breath (4–4–6) (this one helps calm the nervous system) Breathe in gently through your nose for 4 seconds…1…2…3…4. Hold for 4 seconds…1…2…3...4. Now breathe out slowly through pursed lips for 6 seconds…1…2…3…4…5…6. Let your body melt with the exhale. We’ll repeat this 3–5 times, nice and easy.” c. Then write 3 short sentences. Share: Post your “weather color” + one line about why you chose it. Add a photo if you like. "Safety: Share at your comfort. Support, not therapy."

Beige Today feels like I am able to do things. I might not be my sunny yellow self but I am not my grey self either. I am content.

Day 1
Here we are going to do short journaling combined with tiny doodles... Having to use both language and visual circuits helps lowering rumination and build emotional regulation over time. Consistency beats intensity. DAY 1 PROMPT Name one feeling right now. What color matches it? Why?

For me today is: The “meh” state Color is murky white Why?... I feel in between state... kind of languished... I want to do things, I don't want to do anything, I feel if I do it is not going to turn well. But I do anyways and most of them turns out well... today, I woke up at 8:15, got up for a few then went back to bed.. finally I said to myself: "self, get your behind up. there is no bread, lets make bread... ahhh would be good to scoop up left in the bowl spagetthi sauce.. so I made a delicious meat and mushroom sauce... Had coffee and decided to come and write this here.. I need to start this Skool adventure, so I have to get out of that "meh" state... So here! I might go back to bed in a few, but I accomplished 3 things today!
