This month we have started to establish a weekly rhythm of live breathwork and integration. These are like the live heartbeat of Coherence Skool.
A guided breathwork session designed to discharge stress, train your CO2 tolerance, and drop you into deep calm before bed. Six progressive “waves” that take you from mental noise to still water. Perfect if your nervous system has been running hot and you need a clear reset.
