15FEB26 Identity Line for the Week
Sundays are for resets, and preparing for the week ahead. Anchor your week in the identity you’re building. Reset: Complete: “This week, I want to be someone who…” • stays regulated • responds instead of reacts • honors their habits • moves with clarity • slows their internal tempo Choose one, and tell us which one, and how the week went Why this matters: Identity creates direction. Direction creates momentum.

8FEB26 Reflect on Your Capacity
Sunday is all about reflection here.... this week let's think about our capacity. Your capacity isn’t static. It changes based on sleep, recovery, stress, nutrition, and emotional load. Reset: Ask yourself: “What’s my capacity this week?” High? Medium? Low? Why this matters: Accurate assessment prevents burnout and supports sustainable growth. Share where you are at, and then move accordingly.

1FEB26 Choose One Transition to Train
Sunday is all about reflection, and preparations... Lets think about the time between time; the transitional periods. These can be times where stress spikes, as we process what happened, and prepare for what may happen. Lets train just one transitional period next week. Pick a transition: • Waking • Starting work • Ending work • Leaving the house • Returning home Insert one slow exhale into that moment.... big one through the nose, brief hold, and out the mouth. Why this matters: Regulated transitions build a regulated, intentional life.

25JAN26 Prepare Your Environment
Sundays are all about rest, reflection, and preparation for us here. This Sunday I wanna talk about how influential our environment is on our mental space, and behaviors. Your environment can shape your nervous system and habits more than your motivation or will power does. So, let's use this to help us. Reset: • Lay out clothes, water, tools, or your workspace • Decide your morning action ahead of time • Reduce friction wherever possible Why this matters: Preparation reduces stress and increases consistency. Build the environment that supports the identity you want.

18JAN26 Set a Slower Tempo for Monday
Sunday is where we set ourselves up for Monday! Your Monday morning rhythm influences your entire week, so tomorrow morning... make a decision to take some slow, deliberate actions. Reset: • Decide to move 10% slower tomorrow morning • Prepare anything you need tonight • Reduce early activation Why this matters: A slower start equals clearer decisions and fewer stress spikes. Give yourself the space to think.
