Hey everyone! I’m Kiah, I’ve been a coeliac for just under 4 years now. I have so many questions 😂 so I’ll put them below and over time, I’d love to understand them ☺️
• Can coeliacs absorb vitamin tablets as well as others? I’ve seen a lot of studies saying we can’t?
• How can I work out regularly (I love weight training and Pilates) but I tire so easily. So I’d like to know how to maintain my energy
• How come I’m so tired even after 8 hours of sleep?
I could go on for hours! But I feel like these pop up the most in in my head throughout my daily routines 🤍
