Hiya is anyone else struggling with constant hunger? I feel like I’m going round in circles 🥴 I’m trying to loose weight as I’m overweight so I’m calorie counting which is fine - ish.
I’m trying to eat more protein, fibre and balance my meals to hep my stomach and general coeliac symptoms, but it’s not enough calories for always being hungry. So then I’m eating over my calories and then feeling like I’ve failed at it.
Is it just my stomach getting used to absorbing nutrients again? I’m terrified of gaining weight going GF as I’m already size 20 and unhealthy. I’m trying to stick to naturally GF food and try to cut all the processed snacks etc.
