I've been running mine at my own rhythm.
Some weeks quietly, some weeks with everything I've got.
And the members who stay are exactly the ones who appreciate that, because it models what they're trying to build too: something sustainable, not something that burns you out before you ever reach the people you're meant to serve.
The constant-posting advice was designed to sell courses.
It wasn't designed for people building heart-led communities at a natural pace.
