I’ve spent a lot of time in groups like this one and the Synthesizer community. The information being shared is world-class. We have the maps, the scripts, and the strategies.
But I noticed a gap in my own business: Knowing what to do didn't mean I was doing it.
I found myself "learning" for 6 hours a day to avoid the 1 hour of work that actually moved my bank account. I was busy, but I wasn't growing.
The 4 Levers: I had to simplify everything down to 4 categories. If I wasn't doing one of these, I wasn't allowed to call it "work":
- Traffic (Outreach/Content)
- Level-Up (Value/Authority)
- Sales (Offers/Calls)
- Product (Building Assets)
The Registry: I built a simple Scoreboard (The TALLY Registry) to track these 4 levers every day. No fluff, no "maintenance," just a binary 1 or 0 on the tasks that scale.
If you’re like me—you have the knowledge, you have the group, but you're struggling with the consistent volume—this might be the missing piece.
I’m opening up the Registry to a few more founders who want to stop "playing house" and start logging real volume to build their skool groups.
I wrote a "Skool Autopsy" on how I use these 4 levers to audit my day. If it helps you stay on track with what you’re learning in your other groups, you’re welcome to it.
Check my bio for the link or let me know if you want the breakdown.
