Not what’s attacking you.
Not what’s against you.
What’s distracting you?
Because most of the time it isn’t crisis.
It’s noise.
Notifications.
Deadlines.
Opinions.
Internal pressure to keep moving.
But Psalm 46:10 doesn’t say “be busy and know.”
It says, be still.
Stillness isn’t weakness.
It’s alignment.
You don’t lose ground by slowing down.
You regain clarity.
So I’ll ask you again—
