The Happiness Project!

Hi Team!!

3 years ago, I created a 14 day program to help myself get unstuck after my marriage breakdown. I titled it "The Happiness Project"

I was so desparate to feel something, I leaned on my resources and created this.

Never shared it publically before. But this was the 2 week challenge I gave myself to go from feeling severly depressed, lost in life, lonely, isolated and disconnected to really finding peace, joy and happiness.

On Saturday the 21st of Feb I am unlocking this Project in my community for all to participate in.

The Happiness Project

Inside you will get the daily challenges, the backstory and tools and resources that'll help you with the project. This is also a community led challenge so you will meet some cool people and feel more connected!

To be honest, this helped me a lot, but it is not only for those who are struggling with their mental health, or even for people feeling a little lost. This is for people that are curious about introducing more happiness into their lives.

You can do this with your friends, family members or people within the community.

I really would love for some people to join! The Happiness Project

Last time I ran a challenge (7 day mental fitness adventure challenge) people reported back saying by the end of the 7 days they felt more Confidence in themselves, they had connected with themselves, nature and other community members and they were more clear on their goals for 2026!
