I’ve created a gentle 4-week mindfulness course for people who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in survival mode, and who want support that feels calm and realistic rather than demanding.
The course is hosted inside a private Skool community and includes:
- Short guided meditations
- Calming audio and sensory practices
- Reflection prompts and journaling support
- Optional weekly structure, with no pressure to keep up
