Make Your About page Work Harder For You!

I came into Faith's workshop excited for feedback on my About page, I just made so changes and was ready to go LIVE! The group did NOT disappoint. They ripped it to shreds in the most loving way possible. And it was wonderful. Why? Because the majority of the group was my ICA. I learned something very valuable. When you see your community through your client's eyes, not what you assume they see, it changes your entire perspective. It can be an entire paradigm shift! After 90 minutes, I walked away with tweaks that made my page tighter, clearer, and more magnetic. Taking my About page copy right up to 1000 characters!

My biggest takeaway, stay true to who you are. Faith mentioned that she had seen my page prior to the change, and it was missing something huge! 1 simple line that spoke volumes about who I am. I had removed it to be more marketable and that was a mistake. My faith, My calling. The reason why I am doing this community in the first place. That stays. That's the calling, not the marketing strategy.
