You crunched the numbers for Feb and realized you haven't moved forward as much as you'd hoped. Maybe you were hoping to hit:

• more speaking engagements

You're doing all the things - posting, engaging, commenting, helping, pitching, revamping and yet... it feels like you're crawling forward at a 🐌 pace.
The culprit? There's a leak somewhere in your funnel.
You may not think you even HAVE a funnel, but if you're trying to do any of the above things... you do. It just doesn't look like you imagine a funnel to look.

The first step of leak week is a simple (but perhaps not easy!) reflection.
Think of the last great client you had. Someone you really enjoyed working with, serving, helping.
❓What specifically were they trying to fix?
❓What had they already tried?
❓What were they frustrated about?
❓What were they Googling?
❓Who were they watching/listening to?
❓And what did they think the solution was?
Sit with these questions. Journal on them. Take time to really think this through.
