I’m Ayoub, joining you from Tunisia, and for over 15 years, I’ve been working with founders, managers, organizations of all sizes, and even the government across 32 countries, helping them grow, scale, and lead through consulting, coaching, and training. Along the way, I’ve delivered 150+ talks (including a TEDx), coached thousands of startups, and even built and scaled remote teams for companies worldwide.

Right now, I’m building my own Skool community: Make Remote Work WORK, where founders and managers learn to master systems, leadership, and processes to build high-performing remote teams.
