I’m hosting a small 3-day community challenge inside my free community, The Nest, and I wanted to share it here in case it resonates. The focus is safety.
Not the kind that comes from over-availability, fixing, or emotional labor.
But the kind that comes from honesty, capacity, and being witnessed without having to perform.
The challenge is a 3-day buddy check-in practice:
- Members pair up (or have multiple buddies)
- Short, low-pressure daily check-ins
- Reflection only. No advice. No fixing.
- Clear boundaries and opt-out permission built in
It’s not therapy.
It’s not trauma processing.
It’s practice in co-regulation and self-trust, especially for people who’ve done a lot of inner work but still feel alone between sessions.
At the end of the three days, members reflect on what it felt like to hold space for others and to have that same care returned to them. That reflection piece is a big part of the integration.
I created The Nest for women who are therapy-experienced, emotionally aware, and tired of feeling like they should be able to do everything alone by now. It’s a space where messy, real healing is welcome without pressure to be “on” or impressive. If this kind of gentle, community-based support feels aligned for you or someone you work with, you’re welcome to join us.
This is about borrowed safety, not dependency.
Practice, not perfection.
