I’ve created a 4-week mindfulness course for people who are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or stretched thin — especially those who already know what helps but struggle to access it consistently in everyday life.
This isn’t a high-energy coaching space or a “push for change” environment. It’s designed to support nervous system regulation gently and gradually, at a pace that feels realistic when life is already full.
The course is hosted inside a private Skool community and includes:
- Short, accessible guided meditations
- Calming audio and sensory practices
- Reflection and journaling prompts
- Optional weekly structure, with no pressure to keep up
It’s a quiet, supportive space for people who want steadiness rather than urgency, and support rather than fixing.
