🌱 Today’s session reminded me why I’m grateful for this community. Growth isn’t just about us hitting our own goals.. it’s about how we naturally start wanting to help others once we get stronger. Like Seneca said, “While we teach, we learn.” That’s what’s happening here — we’re all becoming both students and teachers.

🔥 We touched on flexible foundations and the power of starting small. It doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to be consistent. Science even shows tiny habits are more likely to last long-term. Think of the mini-foundation like keeping the fire alive, and the full foundation like throwing gasoline on it when it’s time to reignite.

💪 Then we dove into muscle not just for strength or looks, but for longevity. Muscle is your body’s savings account. It burns more calories, protects your joints, and keeps you mobile later in life. Every rep is really a deposit into your future self.
