🔥 The Choose Yourself Challenge isn’t about cutting things out… it’s about calling yourself out.
Today we recapped what it really means to reset. To stop outsourcing our energy to sugar, caffeine, nicotine, weed, or screens and to start living in our natural state. Because if we always need something to be productive, then we’re not really productive, we’re dependent.
🧠 We pulled from the text -The Molecule of More to understand how dopamine wires us to chase, crave, and scroll without end. And how the reset breaks that loop.

⏳ And Fasting Like a Girl will help us with the fasting throughout the challenge, we tapped into how fasting changes more than the body, it shifts hormones, energy cycles, and even how we interact with people. When we reset what we consume, we reset how we connect.
💥 Most of us don’t need another quick fix. We need to relearn how to sleep without substances, socialize without a buzz, and create energy without a crutch.
⚡ Resetting dopamine = resetting discipline. Resetting food = resetting freedom. Resetting cravings = resetting confidence.
