Natural myostatin inhibitors - Epicatechin, Fortetropin
Hi Anthony - on a recent podcast that you were on, you spoke about the natural myostatin inhibitors - Epicatechin, Fortetropin, and the dosage protocol you ran.
My understanding from that is that you ran both these on training days only, is that right? The Fortetropin was split just before, during & after training. How about Epicatechin - was that also before training?
