Hey everyone, I’ve been toying with the idea of a casual “Breakfast with the Coach” hangout each Monday at 8 AM just a quick phone-in or Zoom-in session over your coffee and eggs to chat about training wins, peptide experiments, weekend highlights, or whatever’s on your mind.
What do you think? Would you join in at 8 AM EST on Mondays? Phone or Zoom what’s easier for you? Should we keep it super informal, or would a light agenda help?
