Who is in the right or wrong here?
I just had an argument with a ray peat guy. I was just trying to observe both sides and ask questions but he kept being ideologic. I got mad ofcourse because of the behavioral pattern I saw but I could have handled it better. But who is in the right or wrong here? Here is the conversation: This sounds like you need to have a talk with Aleks. He will help you with this. If I were you, I’d book a call with him and have him help you get back on track. 1 Reply 1 Lucas Premat • 14h @John Cash im gonna tey carnivroe for thirty days to see but I wanna hear both side of things to compare What are your arguments for high sugae? Have you tried both low and high carbs 0 Reply 6 Carlos Padilla • 12h @Lucas Premat i’ve tried keto before and it fucked me up for years with hairloss, loss of morning wood, and horrible mental health problems. 2 Reply 1 Lucas Premat • 3h @Carlos Padilla Wow thats interesting, many people say the opposite. What helped you? 0 Reply 7 Aleks Fidurski • 1h @Lucas Premat a lot of guys with issues in the community are because they tried carnivore. It’s not optimal. Sure, if you go from a western died to carnivore, you’ll feel some relief. 1 Reply 1 Lucas Premat • 1h @Aleks Fidurski i tried Ray peat approach. If I feel unreal on carnivore I see no reason to to back to animal based or Ray peat. But if I don’t feel good after 30 days im gonna to back

day 2 on carnivore
Hey eveyrone im day two on carnivore very high fat and I feel really bad right now. I feel as though I am lifeless, super tired, and flat and super low energy. Hate it. How long did it take for you to feel unreal and you feel just a bit better or more stabe, or do you feel like a superhuman? Like unreal? How did tou feel after 1, 5, 7, 14, 30 days on carnivore? I am consuming lots of salt, drinking lots of water, and I eat high fat high or medium protein
First coaching completed
Hello everyone, Just finished my first coaching. A couple with a few health problems ( post cancer for her and non-alcoholic fatty liver + cirrhosis for him and both over weight ) already a bit knowledgeable about keto. They went through the whole process of transitioning and got great results. However they chose to quit during summer despite being healthier. Main reason for quitting is they missed the food they used to eat and got bored of eating meat. I closed our last meeting without judging them and kept my door open for them if they want to try again. I feel quite disappointed with the ending of all this despite the great results we achieved. Is there anything I could have done, I didn’t want to pressure them. By your experience, does it take a few attempts to get people to stick with the diet or is this inevitable to lose some clients? Does a large portion of your clients quit and never go back to carnivore?
