🥩 A First in Carnivore History: Get Board Certified
For the first time ever, a carnivore-based coaching institution (CCI) has been approved to help students become board certified through the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC). Personally, I am stoked about the curriculum including things like behavioral coaching. This will be so valuable when dealing with clients who struggle with food addiction and other behavioral struggles to overcome. It’s a monster of a topic in and of itself. It requires a great deal of understanding, humility, compassion, self-reflection, self-awareness, mindfulness, boundaries and many other tools with which to best help someone into a different mode of function. Every coach should strive to better their practice with such knowledge. Every person should seek to better themselves with these skills. Well done Peter and crew!! 👏🏼 Thanks for all you’re building here. No other school I would rather gain my education from for carnivore coaching. 🙏🏼

@Thomas Graci it’s a great course, tbh. Enlightening and useful to know. Definitely helps enhance one’s coaching ability to troubleshoot and help clients, especially during adaptation. 👍🏼
Does protein make you fat?
An interesting question from one of our students! How would you respond? 🤔

SO I WAS RIGHT TRUSTING MY INSTINCTS AND MY BODY AGAIN!!! https://youtu.be/kkzV-EOeru8?si=hf4DtviMA-wps169 For many of us, eating at night is beneficial, like I said in my comment above.^^^ Parasympathetic state inducing. Stress relieving, relaxing… even helps me sleep better. Just like he says in this video.^ Welp, I have no doubt that protein can cause weight gain in some individuals, when over-consumed and/or during inactivity, wrong timing, etc. …but I’m sticking to my guns, because breakfast does not make me feel good. 😂
September Is Going to Be BIG 👀🔥
We’ve got some exciting instructors and special guests lined up for LIVE calls starting again in September, and I think you’re going to get a ton of value from these sessions. This won’t just be about sitting back and watching. I want these calls to be interactive. Bring your questions, jump into the conversation, challenge ideas, share your experiences, and get involved. Over the next couple of weeks, I’ll start revealing who’s joining us and what we’ll be covering ….👀 So, if there’s a TOPIC you’ve been wanting to dive deeper into, drop it in the comments below. 👇 What would you love to see discussed on one of our live calls? Enjoy the rest of the summer everyone ☀️ Then in September… we’re getting to work ✌️🥩

@James Newmeyer exactly. Well said. I don’t think it was him specifically or even intentionally. Likely filmed totally separate. But it is attached to his name and image. If it was my team representing me this way, someone would likely be fired…

I want to apologize: there is no tone of voice in text— if I have sounded hostile towards anyone in these comments, it wasn’t my intention and I will try to be more conscious of that possibility. Please try not to mistake my passion for hostility— people have my entire life, I’m a bit gaslit… 😅 That simple misunderstanding misses my entire point, so I will continue to do my part to not be misunderstood or mistaken for something I don’t intend to portray. Please let the record state that I am not mad at anyone here, nor Shawn Baker as an individual person… …and that my intention is not to attack, but to defend the subject of the bullying—I wasn’t the only one who saw it as such and I appreciate the others who said so. I will keep trying to be as precise in my wording and toneless-text as I can. Not here to start drama or pick fights, but I have never been one to stand for bullying either, that petty-low shit enrages me. I will call it out every time. I would like this whole thing to NOT dominate this comments feed, because others here are bringing up excellent topics for discussion and it would be a shame to overshadow them!!! Please just let this one simmer if you feel the need to argue or defend Shawn. His (team’s) out of context post (in his name and image) simply inspired my point… The controversy was not the point: If we have input and solutions for how to represent the carnivore community with integrity, strength and compassion—ways to promote our solutions and strengths to the world, that are constructive, (not dogmatic or alienating) that is absolutely what I intended to discuss here! How can we display truly good leadership qualities, so that the example is seen, received and sinks in???? Thanks for coming to my TedTalk.
