September Is Going to Be BIG 👀🔥
We’ve got some exciting instructors and special guests lined up for LIVE calls starting again in September, and I think you’re going to get a ton of value from these sessions. This won’t just be about sitting back and watching. I want these calls to be interactive. Bring your questions, jump into the conversation, challenge ideas, share your experiences, and get involved. Over the next couple of weeks, I’ll start revealing who’s joining us and what we’ll be covering ….👀 So, if there’s a TOPIC you’ve been wanting to dive deeper into, drop it in the comments below. 👇 What would you love to see discussed on one of our live calls? Enjoy the rest of the summer everyone ☀️ Then in September… we’re getting to work ✌️🥩

@James Newmeyer 1 gr protein per lbs bodyweight is basic body building diet consumption. On a rice and chickenfilet type of diet. On carnivore getting more than enough protein is easy. After a year of very little movement even I got "fatter" eating low carb. I realize that getting in fitter shape does not only depend on being a "stricter" carnivore. But getting into regular calorie expenditure. Going back to the gym, etc... IMHO it depends a lot on what a particular person is eating. It depends a lot on the believes from a person. Basically everyone has been indoctrinated from birth that "fat makes you fat", "vitamins are in vegetables", "carbs are your 1 milion year old ancestor's energy source". You first need to get rid of. these before you go into details. Maybe the fat promoting people were simply still fighting the 1st indoctrination lie?

@James Newmeyer "It actually wasn't so easy for me. I would cook a 1lb. steak and could only eat half of it. And that might be as little as once a day. I was way under eating." I can not imagine that honestly 😁, no seriously I have to force miself to stop eating. "From what I understand, protein consumption has a thermogenic affect. You actually expend energy digesting protein. I now feel much warmer all day and especially at night. I can also eat a large bolus of protein right before bed and it doesn't effect my sleep. Like a lion on the Savannah, they are always sleepy after the kill." Also basic bodybuilding eating knowledge, not carnivore specific. Now excuse me... 😴 😴 😴 😴 😴 💤 💤 💤
Weekly Live calls?
In the introduction "Meat Jenny Linton", she talks about weekly live calls. ExceptI might overlook them because I have not found them yet. Am I missing something? Kind regards, Jaron https://www.skool.com/carnivorecollab/classroom/cb7fd3d3?md=6ed95363f9844ae183aa6785254b5bf8

Does protein make you fat?
An interesting question from one of our students! How would you respond? 🤔

@Mia Franco Processing amino acids also costs the body energy. There is "rabbit starvation". Don't beat me on the exact details but the first settlers in America had harvest losses. So they had to rely on hunting. They hunted a lot of rabbits. They had enough "food". But rabbits are high protein, low fat. So they often succumbed to "rabbit starvation". Enough protein but a lack of fat and carbs to provide energy. Apparently the excess of protein did not provide them with good energy. Until the local Indian helped them. That is what started the "Thanksgiving", but again don't take my word 100% for it. Protein does stimulate insulin a little bit. Actually in a better way than carbs because carbs are processed quicker then our insulin disappears.
