Thankfully ever since I switched over to carnivore. I don’t need to count any calories or weigh my food. This has been sustainable for me. But is this still a thing of counting calories ? Does our bodies have a calorie count ?
@Coach Kristin i can definitely say it’s taken my years to get to the point where I feel like I’ve healed a lot of myself than where I was. If I thought I had to count my calories for the rest of my life, I probably would’ve caved lol I do count my protein intake though. I try to go for 1g/lbs of body weight. 😊
I get a lot of discussion on “it’s too expensive” to eat just meat and the quality of meat isn’t good so best to stay away from it. Have you guys come across this discussion as well?
Definitely a lot less. Perhaps it’s because we’re actually taking/ using actual nutrients from the meats as opposed to just “filling” ourselves to “feel full”
Eating one to two meals a day. Compared to being told we should be eating 5/6 times a day . Breakfast. Snack. Lunch. Snack. Dinner. And yet still always feeling hungry. 🙄 oh the idea of “sides” being on my plate. Don’t need ‘em. I’ll have a side of meat with my meat thank you 😂
