Hey guys so it took me 7 weeks to unlock my full front lever and 4 months in total to get it to 15 second full front lever
My question is why isn’t planche the same way? I’ve been working on it for a little over a year now and I still can’t do full bodyweight for 15 seconds.
You would think if front lever (horizontal skill) was easy, then planche (horizontal as well) would get achieved in a similar easy way right?
Main question: What’s the science behind why planche is harder if anyone knows and is able to do both skills (front lever and planche)
