Weighted Calisthenics
When doing weighted calisthenics (pull ups und dips) what is the best way to progress when wanting to build strength and muscle. And what rep range should I aim for. I am currently doing pull ups and dips with +15kg and I am able to do 8 reps for 3 sets (with the pull ups my reps decrease by 1-2 reps in the second and third set). Should I work myself up to 10reps till I put on more extra weight or should I for example increase the weight every week by 2,5 kilos aiming for 7-8 reps. Hope to get some expertise from some of you guys on that on, thanks in advance :).
