Weighted Calisthenics
When doing weighted calisthenics (pull ups und dips) what is the best way to progress when wanting to build strength and muscle. And what rep range should I aim for. I am currently doing pull ups and dips with +15kg and I am able to do 8 reps for 3 sets (with the pull ups my reps decrease by 1-2 reps in the second and third set). Should I work myself up to 10reps till I put on more extra weight or should I for example increase the weight every week by 2,5 kilos aiming for 7-8 reps. Hope to get some expertise from some of you guys on that on, thanks in advance :).

Weighted Pull Ups
I have been doing weighted pull ups for some months and at first I worked my way up to 8 pull ups with 13kg. Sadly I am at the same weight for many weeks now and it seems I am stuck and even in some workouts loose strength. I want to become super strong in pull ups and it pisses me off that I seem to be stuck. Maybe anyone here has some advice. Thanks in advance.

Hey, I am from Germany and I have been into weight training for quite some time and I have been doing calisthenics for about a year. I struggle a bit to find the right training program for building muscle while learning skills in calisthenics. Thats why I joined and I hope this group will help me to stay consistent and achieve my goals. ✌️
