Weak pull ups
Hi brothers 💪🏻 Just wanna ask, maybe someone would suggest something.
When I do pull ups, I cant “pull” enough to my chest , I only can pull to the neck and thats it. Even if its a first pull up of the training. You think it is a mobility problem or weakness ?
I can do roughly six to eight pull ups like this.
