Want to share today’s accomplishments. Tested my max holds for tuck planche/advanced tuck front lever and got 19s/11s respectively. This is my PR for tuck planche. I’m not sure for advanced front lever, but I’m just going to say it is lol. I will keep you updated on my journey as I strive towards achieving advanced tuck planche and straddle front lever. Now it’s time to build some serious strength 💪🏾
