Seeking Tips for Improving My Handstand Form
Hey everyone,
I’ve been working on my handstands for a while now, but I’m running into some issues and could use your advice.
When I practice back-to-wall handstands, I struggle to straighten my body. I end up relying too much on a “banana hold” to keep my legs closer to the wall, which I know isn’t ideal. I’ve tried switching to chest-to-wall handstands to focus on better alignment, but when I do, I can’t seem to take my toes off the wall at all.
Has anyone else dealt with this issue? What drills, cues, or tips helped you improve your alignment and control when transitioning away from the wall? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance for your help!
