I hope you receive this message in the best of health.
Does anyone within this community train combat sports alongside Calisthenics? If so how?
What type of split would you follow? PPL? Full body?
Would you opt for a high rep low intensity or a low rep high intensity workout?
What would you advise for resting - how long in between sets and workouts?
Which exercises in specific would you train? Why?
I’d appreciate any help 🙏
