Need pull-up advice
Hi everyone. I noticed that I always "close" my shoulders when I reach the bar with my chin. I did some researches and I discovered that it's wrong to do pull-ups like that if I want to improve and I must reach the bar with my chest. The issue is that I totally can't. I don't know what to do. Any advice?
